I’m David Lefkowitz, an award-winning reporter and freelance journalist in Richmond, Virginia. I graduated from William & Mary in 2022 with BAs in Music and Religious Studies and started working as a reporter at WRVA later that summer. From August 2023 to October 2024, I was a City Editor for RICtoday. I’m now focusing my energy towards freelance work.
I have a wide berth of experience including 5 years of on-air radio experience, work in both online and print journalism, podcast production, magazine editing, and years running successful email newsletter campaigns boasting subscriber counts everywhere from 60 to 60,000.
